    Good oven

    I'd owned a Nipoori for well over 20 years so I knew what to expect here. The Doori has the edge as it has a larger mouth, so getting bread in there will be possible, It all fitted together easily and quickly. This actually replace a Puri clay oven because even on castors it was too heavy for my bad back. The Doori is much easier to manage especially as there's the optionof taking off the top sectionand and carrying it separately.
    Cooked my first batch of tandoori chicken last week, which turned out lovely as expected.
    This is a smashing piece of kit, my only minor criticism is that the skewers are easily bent and could be more robust. They should be round or square, not flat.
    The other good thing about Tandoor ovens, is that they are different to standard BBQs and are always a talking point to the uninitiated.
    Yep, would highly recommend.
