At Doori, our products are built to last and we stand by that. All Doori products come with a 1-year manufacturers warranty as standard and Doori Outdoor Cookers are covered by a 3-year extended warranty as standard. We will support your product against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and maintenance for the duration of your warranty.

Our number one priority is to keep you cooking incredible food and if any defective parts get in the way of that, we'll replace them free of charge! If you find that any parts of your Doori are defective or missing, please contact us - we're happy to help! Trust us, we understand the excitement of receiving a Doori and the undeniable urge to get skewering and cooking so we wouldn't want to delay you!

If you do need to submit a claim on the warranty, please reach out to us either through our contact page or at info@doori.co.uk. Please make sure you have the following:

  • Proof of purchase (don't lose this!)
  • Photographs of any faulty parts
