Cajun Chicken Wings

  • Serves 4


    • 500g skin-on chicken wings
    • 1 ½ tbsp corn flour or rice flour
    • 4 tbsp Cajun seasoning powder
    • 1 tbsp dried mixed herbs
    • ½ tsp lemon powder
    • 1 tbsp sugar
  • Time: 25 minutes


    1. Mix all of the ingredients except the chicken wings in a bowl.
    2. Coat each chicken wing in the seasoned flour and skewer each wing twice through the skewer.
    3. Place 4-5 wings on each skewer, finishing with ½ a lemon or a baby potato wrapped in foil to stop the wings sliding off.
    4. Place the skewers in the tandoor and cook for 15 minutes or until the chicken is
      cooked through and the wings have a nice charred look.
